We are looking for a Marketing Strategy & Planning (MS&P) Manager (Trade Marketing) to build value through brand volume, net sales, share growth, winning sales and brand fundamentals, efficient media spending and developing Category Brand Building and MS&P Capability for the organization.

You will be part of a strong team sharing and celebrating each other’s successes in which trust, spirit and a real drive to develop is key.

What will you be doing?

  • Co-develop base business-focused plans to grow core business, address any sales fundamental gaps, deploy plans to sales teams, and enable strong execution and forecast delivery.
  • Develop and align the Belgium & Luxembourg Channel Strategy consistent with regional channel strategy.
  • Work with Belgium’s Brand team on Marketing Strategy and Planning to start developing the trade activity plan, get input and alignment from the Sales team and leader.
  • Finalize Trade Plan and get full alignment/support from the sales leadership team on the following elements: Sales Fundamental Goals (by-channel/customer), Conversion/Remnant Plan, Distribution, Shelving, Display and Promotion Plans, Customer Profit Plan, and Brand Fundamentals (merchandising).
  • Submit country pipeline volume forecast.

Qualifications

Apply if you have:

  • Master’s degree in any field with an excellent academic background.
  • Proficiency in English and in French and/or in Dutch - Proficiency in all three languages is an asset.
  • Successful previous experience in Sales or Key Account Management, Category Management, Channel Management, In-store Activation, and Merchandising - Experience in Healthcare is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and skills.
  • A passion to make things happen and are a true leader.
