Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/X/F) for the Event department of one of its clients.

Our client is situated in Brussels and is easily accessible with public transportation.
The company is a bank with a collegial and friendly atmosphere.

As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assist the event manager in the daily administrative tasks;
  • Encode participants to events in the CRM, update participations, sending letters, …);
  • Gather the information received and register this information in an internal monitoring system;
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of the information received and follow up with the right contact person where needed;
  • Reporting related to external and internal events.

The requested qualifications for this Administrative Assistant position include:

  • You have a first experience in an administrative support position;
  • You have a very good level of Dutch, French and English;
  • You are flexible and have excellentorganization skills;
  • You have an eye for details and like to work in an efficient manner;
  • You are proactive and do not hesitate to share your knowledge to improve the processes put in place within the team.

Our client offers:

  • A temporary part-time (every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) contract until the end of October 2021 ;
