About our role:
Our client is a leading brand insurance company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a UX Copywriter. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and make a real impact on the user experience for their customers in the Belgian market. What you will be doing:
Implementing the content strategy and editorial calendar by proposing value-added (digital) content and making suggestions regarding integration, structure and content design.

For content intended for the web, determine the semantics and the list of keywords to be used according to the theme and the SEO specialist’s recommendations.

Ensuring that the content is optimized for UX and in line with the editorial charter.

Suggesting improvements to the charter (particularly concerning accessibility) or to the integration section in collaboration with the UX/UI team.

Working with cross-functional teams, in particular the Marketing, Product and UX/UI teams, to understand user needs and business objectives in order to propose content that is understandable and to make each action intuitive to simplify the customer journey and improve the user experience.

Make recommendations to improve existing content to enhance usability, comprehension and conversion.

Participating in user tests to validate content choices and iterate on the basis of user feedback.

Keeping up to date with trends, best practice and emerging technologies (ChatGPT) in UX writing and content design.

What you bring:
Ambition to further develop your UX writing skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Good writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail

Knowledge of a CM and agile methodology is a plus!

Willingness to share knowledge and ideas with the team.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in French
