As Value Realization Lead, you own the value realization agenda of TVH’s improvement roadmap, covering TVH strategic plan, Balanced Scorecard and other strategic projects.

Your core responsibilities are among others:

  • You own the TVH value realization model and value case used as the single source of truth;
  • You drive the end-to-end value realization process, starting with the development of a business case, identifying KPIs, setting roadmap and key milestones and ensuring business ownership and tracking the outcomes;
  • You strengthen the TCO-thinking (Total Cost of Ownership) capabilities within TVH, setup the framework to track those and generate insights based on evolution and benchmarking;
  • You work together with the business, BI and finance to track the progress of the KPIs;
  • You ensure value owners are in place and the benefits are communicated, understood and managed;
  • Along the program lifecycle, you will monitor the Value Realization plans and benefit review schedules, including analyses of variances and initiate corrective actions with the relevant benefit owners;
  • You develop a reporting framework, providing the necessary insights and present value realization dashboards to the global management team.

Profile

  • You have strong business acumen.
  • You have excellent analytical, financial, business performance controlling and reporting skills.
  • You are result-focused and detail-oriented.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication of qualitative and quantitative business cases.
  • Given the global scope of the position, your English is excellent.
  • You have a master’s degree or equivalent.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience, with previous experience in business case modelling, analytics or controlling.
