Validated Experience of managing a retail store network or large area (ideally with a mix of company owned & franchise partner stores)
Commercial performance & results oriented
A true operations & field-oriented profile.

Fluent in French, Dutch and English
Ideally graduate of a business school or a university master’s in business

Beauty and cosmetic products sensibility is a plus
Your Key Missions?
Lead the qualitative deployment of the commercial strategy of the brand:
Commercial Performance
Participate to the definition of the market commercial plan according to company strategic plan guidelines & priorities.
Define & fix the priorities of the yearly operational plan with his/her colleagues of the market leadership board.
Establish the retail budget according to the commercial calendar event, brand marketing & communication plan and CRM operations.
Ensure the growth of comparable sales in the store network.
Ensure of the diffusion of key retail KPIs to region & stores in order to build region/ stores action plan & challenge performance.
Put in place the right level of incentive to support store activities & retail team motivation (permanent incentives & specific challenges).
Responsible for commercial performance of both franchised and company owned stores
Store Network and Organization
Organize the retail department in the head office around: district managers, retail communication services, retail training department.
Recruit and follow up the induction of new district managers.
Animate, evaluate the district managers by ensuring their presence on the field (store visits) & the organization of regular regional stores meeting.
Own presence on the field (regular store visits) to feel the atmosphere and the life of the network
Responsible for the recruitment of new partners to franchise our own stores
Create an organization facilitating the communication & the open dialog with partners.
Retail Operations
People management in collaboration with HR Department
Participate to the public promotional campaign plan according to the Brand Commercial plan in collaboration with Marketing Department
Participate to the commercial budget ( build and revise) and follow up to the Franchised Partners in collaboration with Finance Department
Collaboration with Legal Department in the management of Partners contracts.
Partners / Franchise
Responsible for the recruitment of new partners to franchise our own stores
Animate in a win-win approach the partners/ franchise according to the rules of the Yves Rocher contract.
Create an organization facilitating the communication & the open dialog with partners.
Animate the cross-functional internal task force regarding franchise
Network and attend events regarding franchise
Attend the transfer or take-over of the stores transferred from one network to another
