We are currently looking for several 2nd Line Support for a prestigious client in Mechelen (on-site work).YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You keep your customers correctly and consistently informed about the progress of their question or problem.
  • You take control of the conversation if necessary.
  • You handle tickets that our customer facing departments, IT and network teams have for you.
  • You guarantee a solution for complex problems.
  • You may ask IT or engineering for help.
  • Your experience in searching for and finding solutions to recurring problems allows you to make proposals to improve processes, products or systems.

  • Has a customer and solution-oriented mindset

  • Preferably at a technical service.

  • Has affinity with and technical knowledge of telecom products (mobile, DTV, web ...)
  • Dutch, French and English (MANDATORY)
