Role Description

Are you someone who takes ownership and is responsible for your own business portfolio? Do you thrive in building positive relationships? If so, you might be the perfect fit to join our outstanding Partner Services team as an Account Manager in our Brussels office. You will support our Local Partner Services team in Belgium by informing and consulting our accommodation partners on their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. Your goal will be to optimize their performance on our platform and create an amazing experience for our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities And Duties

  • Contact partners by phone and internal messaging to assist with business development, and be available for market visits
  • Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of partners, answering questions and following up as needed
  • Maintain a stable relationship with accommodation partners, ensuring they offer the best availability and competitive pricing
  • Help partners understand and use Booking.com’s products and services
  • Identify opportunities for partners to improve their business on our platform
  • Identify and pass on potential partner leads
  • Handle Customer Service escalations related to your portfolio
  • Support partner events and workshops

Role Qualifications And Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a relevant account management, sales, or business development function
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and Dutch, as well as English
  • Affinity or experience within e-commerce and/or the travel industry is a plus
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Great teammate, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change
  • Preferred background in Hotel School or University
  • Driver’s license
  • Availability to travel up to 50% within the country
