Your challenge

As an Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for your assigned customers. You act as their trusted advisor and work with internal teams to ensure your customers’ needs are understood and satisfied. You develop strong, trusting, and long-lasting relationships with customers, while always staying on the lookout for new business opportunities.

You Are Responsible For
  • Managing relationships with manager-level customers and stakeholders while working to expand OMP’s solution coverage at customers.
  • Understanding the customer’s industry and business situation to develop and articulate an account strategy in line with the OMP strategy.
  • Stakeholder mapping by maintaining the customer’s org chart of leadership and overall teams.
  • Collaborating with our sales and business development teams and driving stakeholder communication before, during, and after project delivery.
  • Working closely with the project team during the project to stay aligned, and communicating your customers’ needs and concerns to the internal teams.
  • Ensuring continued customer relationships, optimal use of the solution, and revenue generation by being the go-to contact after project delivery.
  • Extensively preparing account management meetings by assessing the customer’s needs, discussing scorecards, and sharing relevant content.
  • Negotiating new areas of business within existing accounts.
  • Developing and managing the 30-60-90 long-term plan and engaging in the right initiatives at the customer side.
  • Managing multiple customer engagements while ensuring expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of work.
  • Increasing the mindshare with customers and ensuring OMP awareness is built.

As our new Account Manager, you’ll be part of the Customer Solutions team. Customer Solutions helps customers master their supply chain by finding and implementing innovative solutions. We add value, bring calm to the customer’s work floor, and raise satisfaction for everyone involved.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
  • 10+ years of account management experience, accompanied by a bachelor’s degree, or preferably a master’s.
  • A proven track record of top performance in supply chain software solutions for manufacturing companies.
  • The proven ability to build trust from senior-level management and managers.
  • A sharp customer-centric mindset and an energetic entrepreneurial approach.
  • The ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to all levels of customers and management.
  • Tech-savvy ability to successfully work with CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong ability to lead by example, demonstrating proficiency in one or more of our target industries.
