Job Description

For this role, you will be responsible for

  • Performing monthly and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate overhead expenses in the financial statements.
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Providing input for the Intercompany (IC) Recharges and preparing the IC balance confirmations
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts
  • Performing cut-off analysis
  • Assisting the Finance Reporting Specialists were needed
  • Providing input for the preparation of the local annual accounts
  • You are a proactive partner who supports all relevant stakeholders (Operations, Credit & Funding, Sales) in reaching their objectives. You constantly look for improvements to existing procedures and make recommendations to management. You tackle new challenges with drive, team spirit and passion

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Punctual and organized with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Result driven: pro-active approach, hands-on with a can-do attitude, teamplayer
  • Problem solver, open- minded , can work independently
  • IT savvy
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French, both orally as written
