Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Account receivable tasks:

  • Process daily bank accounts
  • Create new clients in the administrative system and set up credit limits
  • Follow-up overdues and organize monthly credit committees
  • Release sales orders in SAP
  • Credit notes issuing

Account payable tasks:

  • Process all supplier invoices into the bookkeeping system.
  • Set payments ready to approve in the payment system

VAT & Corporate Taxes:

  • Report of VAT to the Tax Authority

Other administrative tasks:

  • Manage the company car fleet
  • Validate T&E expenses in our local system
  • Validate intercompany invoices

Compliance

  • Coordinate our yearly internal control campaign and follow-up action plans
  • Manage local policies on the dedicated tool
  • Coordinate internal audits

Internal control

  • Create monthly exception reports
  • Keep up to date our internal procedures and Delegation of Authority
  • Follow-up Segregation of Duties

Legal

Ensure the good application of GDPR

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Degree in Finance / Accounting


  • Languages:English and French fully fluent


  • Professional experience & know how:3 to 5 years experience in Finance / Accounting


  • Technical & management skills: Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office


  • Personal & interpersonal skills: Ability to manage deadlines, team working, but also autonomy, curiosity, and good sense of organization
