In this role you will actively contribute to Accounts Receivable department, managing a diverse portfolio of 150-200 customers. Your passion and dedication will shine as you handle written reminders, engage in telephone contacts, and meticulously maintain customer master data.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting in the administration of the accounts receivable department;
- Supporting the cash collection of a customer portfolio of 150-200 customers;
- Taking care of written reminders and telephone contacts;
- Creating customer accounts and maintaining customer master data;
- Assessing the creditworthiness of customers;
- Assigning credit limits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equal level by experience;
- First successful experience with customer relations, experience in cash collection is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills and service mindset; enthusiastic team player with a flexible mindset that can work independently. You have a great sense of responsibility and accountability;
- MS Office and IT skills: advanced MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel;
- Languages: Dutch is mandatory, fluency in English or French is also needed;
