Role Description
What are we looking for?
Als adjunct apotheker ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks bestuur van de apotheek en zorg je voor een optimale service bij het verstrekken van farmaceutische en andere producten. Je staat in voor een organisatorisch vlot verloop van de activiteiten, in overleg met de hoofdapotheker en jouw apotheek medewerkers.
We are seeking a full-time Adjunct Apotheker to join our team at our on-site location in Roeselare. The Adjunct Apotheker will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medication orders, providing advice to patients and healthcare professionals, and dispensing medication in a safe and timely manner. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, managing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Je beschikt over een diploma Farmaceutische Wetenschappen.
- Je bent vriendelijk, enthousiast en denkt steeds patiëntgericht.
- Je hebt oog voor de farmaceutische wetgeving en houdt je vakkennis op peil door het lezen van vakliteratuur en het regelmatig volgen van de opleidingen
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt zonder problemen initiatief

- Graduate of a Pharmacy program from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacy license in Belgium and in good standing with the Belgian Order of Pharmacists (Orde der apothekers)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to interact with patients and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and analyze information from various sources, including electronic health records and medication orders
- Knowledge of pharmacy law, regulations, and standards of practice in Belgium
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
