Job Description

Admin Support Specialist dossier management pharmaceutical products
As dossier specialist, you will work in small long-term project teams. You are responsible to compile science-driven, regulatory-compliant CMC dossiers for the approval and registration of new pharmaceutical products.

• 
  Editing & publishing of CMC dossiers in Word and document management systems.
• Creation of the response dossiers and dossier plan
• Performing data entry tasks
• Performing urgent or small formatting tasks
• Handling troubleshooting and system support tasks
• Giving trainings about the document management system
• Active participation at meetings

Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor degree in Office Management and have a first relevant administrative experience
• Fast-learning, computer savvy
• Customer focus and a sense of responsibility
• You are stress resistant and can work with deadlines
• Fluent communication in English, Dutch is an asset
• Strong interest to work in pharmaceutical environment
• Showing initiative, assertiveness in follow-up of requests, pro-active approach
• Excellent MS Office skills, you are an expert in Word and have good knowledge of Excel
