Job Description
Admin Support Specialist dossier management pharmaceutical products
As dossier specialist, you will work in small long-term project teams. You are responsible to compile science-driven, regulatory-compliant CMC dossiers for the approval and registration of new pharmaceutical products.
Editing & publishing of CMC dossiers in Word and document management systems.- Creation of the response dossiers and dossier plan
- Performing data entry tasks
- Performing urgent or small formatting tasks
- Handling troubleshooting and system support tasks
- Giving trainings about the document management system
- Active participation at meetings
Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor degree in Office Management and have a first relevant administrative experience
- Fast-learning, computer savvy
- Customer focus and a sense of responsibility
- You are stress resistant and can work with deadlines
- Fluent communication in English, Dutch is an asset
- Strong interest to work in pharmaceutical environment
- Showing initiative, assertiveness in follow-up of requests, pro-active approach
- Excellent MS Office skills, you are an expert in Word and have good knowledge of Excel
