We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Nacora Insurance Brokers team in Antwerp. Nacora is the risk-, claims- and insurance advisor for Kuehne+Nagel, a world-wide leading logistics service provider. You will be joining a multinational company, but yet working in a small dynamic team with lots of ambition to grow and expand our business.

Your Role

As Administration Officer you will be joining the team that takes care of all administrative tasks that come with the Nacora daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • General administration (managing client data, policies, claims, …)
  • Finance administration (billing and payment follow-up)
  • Support in communication towards customers, insurers, …
  • (Simple) claims management
  • Handling quotations and insurance requests
  • Assisting with the underwriting of the staff’s private insurances
  • GDPR/IDD compliancy, protection of personal data

    • The above-mentioned tasks are not limitative and can grow depending on your current and future experience.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Finance and Insurance/Office Management, or equal by experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance sector is preferable
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills (fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of French, bilingual Dutch/French is a plus!)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
  • Strong organizational skills, delivering results with an eye for detail
  • Team-player with the ability to work independently
  • A proactive and positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
