Our client based in region Deinze - Nazareth, is a pharma company that strives to improve lives by bringing high quality and affordable self-care products to the market that consumers trust, wherever they are sold.

For this client, we are looking for an administrative assistant in the quality department.

In a nutshell: Working on your own initiative!
  • Provide administrative support in a timely, efficient and accurate manner in a team environment.
  • Assist in any area of quality on a level
  • Works under general supervision
Omschrijving

Your Responsabilities
  • Follow-ups with suppliers
  • Assisting with data retrieval
  • Managing shared mailboxes
  • Managing shared datasheets (e.g. excels)
  • Closing standard complaints
  • Adapting the layout of documents based on templates
  • Follow-up of training status
  • Ensuring that procedures are followed and that record retention requirements are met
  • General administrative work and ad hoc tasks as they arise.

The Requirements
  • No previous experience required.
  • You have professional integrity at the highest level, interpersonal communication skills, dedication and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of popular software applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point is essential.
  • Ability to gain the trust of management and staff and demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to work with a varied workload across the spectrum of administration.
  • A high degree of reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm is required and the ability to deliver results while working under tight deadlines and balancing different priorities is particularly important.
  • The ability to work both as part of a team and independently is essential for success.
