A global company active in Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Industry is currently looking for an After Sales Service Engineer to strengthen their team in Ghent.
The company is also a leader in Industrial engines and power units.
Working within After Sales department in European scale, as an After Sales Service Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Handling technical questions and issues
- Troubleshooting, Installations, maintenance, and repair of the sold products
- Monitoring, reporting, and following up service issues.
- Providing service on site to the customer(abroad).
The ideal candidate as After sales Service Engineer is required to have bachelor’s degree, preferably in electromechanics or equivalent with experience. Experience in B2B environment, quality assurance is an asset. Fluent in Dutch and English. French would be a bonus.
