ANALYTICS ENGINEER - HYBRID IN AMSTERDAM - LONG TERM FREELANCE ROLE:

Empiric’s leading client within the marketplace space is looking for an analytics engineer to join their dynamic team on a long term and exciting project!

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and improve on scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to identify efficiency gains and professionalise data flows
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and monitoring processes
  • Work with other data engineering teams to ensure the smooth integration of data pipelines with the overall data architecture
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business operations and decision-making processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics, and propose improvements to existing processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Excellent proficiency in SQL, knowledge of Python is a plus
  • Broad experience with ETL and data integration tools
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 1-2 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE IN AMSTERDAM.

(Please note this role is 4 days a week!)
