As an Assistant Manager you are the right hand of the Store Manager. You will support the Store Manager on all ins and outs of the store such as team management & store management in general. We need you to work in tandem by setting the same goals : a happy and productive team equals the best results of the store. As an Assistant Manager you are the SPOC when the Store Manager is absence.
What gives you energy
- You support the Store Manager in managing the daily tasks such as hosting the store, managing the stock, checking cash register, training the team, reporting, forecasting sales, planning and personnel management in general. As you lead by example you also know the drill of our grill and know how to bake our well known fries.
- Being a Manhattn¿s ambassador from opening until closing. You are the SPOC for the team in absence of the Store Manager.
- Monitoring the daily events and the flow from order to pick-up.
- Overlooking the store and giving extra attention to details so we all can be proud of our product.
- Attracting new customers with your personality and unique vibe and maintaining our `Manhattn¿s believers¿
- Looking after the store with due care and attention.
