What To ExpectLead the planning, deployment, standardisation and governance of QESH strategies and policies to protect and enhance CCEP resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation across Belux (‘end-to-end’).Within this remit all legal and franchise Quality & Food Safety, Environment and Health & Safety requirements, policies and standards must be met or exceeded within the following areas: suppliers & incoming materials, Commercialisation and New Initiatives projects, manufacturing, warehousing & distribution, Cold Drink Operations, Commercial & Sales, Offices, Customer & Consumer Contacts (complaints and/or inquiries) and interactions with authorities (incidents, inquiries, authorisations).
  • Lead the Belux QESH function.
  • Lead the deployment of the Belux QESH Strategy and Annual Business Plans in order to continuously grow, protect and sustain the Business.
  • Provide assertive QESH guidance to the Belux leaders to ensure focus on the right Business priorities.
  • Drive delivery of Belux QESH KBIs and QESH Key projects on target.
  • Lead proactive risk management (from assessment to mitigation) for Belux in the areas of QESH.
  • Build strategic QESH know-how for Belux in order to ensure readiness to manage new products, new technologies and/or new processes and systems.
  • Provide QESH leadership in incident management and crisis resolution (IMT/IMCR) for QESH related incidents (at Belux level) where the professional judgment on Quality and Food Safety, Environmental impact and/or Health & Safety is crucial.
  • Be the Belux representative in key contacts with Food Safety, Environment and/or Health & Safety authorities.
  • Be the Belux representative/spokesperson in QESH-related interactions with key customers.
  • Lead the improvement and standardization of QESH key processes, systems and tools across Belux. .
  • Report to the Belux Leadership team about the QESH performance and trends, challenges, (emerging) risks and opportunities and develop appropriate action plans to drive achievement of Business Objectives/Targets as well as sustainable Continuous Improvement.
  • Lead a team of Quality & Food Safety, Environment, Health & Safety and Management System experts (provide direction, coach and engage all team members and guide the team towards delivering and executing the QESH Vision, Mission and Strategic Priorities).
  • Lead the development of QESH capabilities across the Belux organization via TMR, deployment of QESH development programs, mentoring and coaching and bringing together expertise from different areas in order to continuously improve and embed desired QESH knowledge, skills and behaviors throughout the organization.
  • Define, lead and/or sponsor cross-functional and cross-site projects Belux level that are aimed at improving Quality & Food Safety, Environment and/or Health & Safety towards ‘world class’ performance.
  • Build a network of external partners/experts (authorities, industry associations, consultants, suppliers, copackers, expert laboratories) in order to defend and represent the Company, gain & maintain knowledge, stimulate collaboration, facilitate ‘gate keeping’ and to drive continuous innovation.
  • Lead the management of the multi-site Management System at Belux level, as well as QESH data management and reporting.
