Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIV Makelaar located in Berlare, with some work allowed from home. The BIV Makelaar will handle the sale and management of real estate properties, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes conducting property evaluations, negotiating sales, and managing legal documentation. Regular communication with clients and partners will be required to facilitate successful real estate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Sales skills and the ability to close deals efficiently
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
