Position Summary

Nespresso is looking for a new Boutique Manager in its store in Woluwe.

Your mission is to develop Boutique business and Nespresso visibility by creating & reaching ambitious sales and service targets. Lead by example a team of Sales advisors through information and evaluation. Respect Nespresso “Premium Brand Positioning” by respecting the guidelines and creating new opportunities for Nespresso in Woluwe and its surrounding.

A day in the life of a Boutique Manager
  • Achieve growth by developing the Boutique business through coffee, machine and accessory sales in combination with New Club Member registration.
  • Develop People: build, motivate and manage the team
  • Set the sales and qualitative objectives for the Boutique
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Organize the planning of the team and the demo agents
  • Respect budget amounts and manage your inventory
  • Communicate properly with all departments involved in the Boutique business (accountancy, IT, logistics, marketing etc.) and respect deadlines.

What Will Make You Successful
  • At least a Bachelor at a university or a specialist college.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of extensive professional experience in Retail (all additional experience in hospitality and up-market hotel, tourism, etc is a plus).
  • Experience in change and project management with a hands-on mentality.
  • Highly experience in people management (internal & external), motivation and development of direct reports.
  • Embrace Nestlé/Nespresso values - Strong ethics and integrity.
  • Business and customer orientated, Passion, Commitment, Interest in Nespresso, coffee in particular.
  • Willingness to work with challenging hours and during weekend, almost permanent presence required on busy days. Presence required at opening and closing times.
  • Excellent communicator (Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English), adapting tor each type of (internal) customer (open minded, listening, understanding of the customer’s needs and capture customer’s interest)
