Overall purpose of the role The purpose of this role, is to lead, shape and deliver our brand activation strategy for Neutrogena Benelux. Together with the multifunctional team you will lead the definition of and implementation of best in class customer, shopper & consumer plans to accelerate our growth and meet both consumer and customer needs. The role will also involve frequent interactions with cluster to provide input and make sure we both feed into the global consumer/customer strategy and assure locally we get the required tools/support to drive the business locally. Your key areas of responsibility Together with the Benelux Head of Brand Activation you will own the BNL measures for Neutrogena (& total retail): Manage the day-2-day business for both the mass channel (BNL) and the Pharma Channel (Belgium) Grow the brand, via shopper activations with retailers, consumer activations, influencer marketing, digital marketing. Input into a best in class capability agenda including Perfect Store, Instore excellence, Category management, Customer & Category Trade story development in conjunction with regional and global support. Lead solution development efforts for the brand that best address consumer, customer / channel needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders across sub-cluster. Own the Business Planning process for BENELUX. Connect and cooperate closely with lead stakeholders across the cluster & beyond to access best in-class best practices and solutions. Own & Track business performance and LEAD mitigation plans when needed Talent & Capability Development Play an important role in driving total Mass (& Pharma) business forward, not only Neutrogena Continuously learn, improve & challenge to drive yourself and the multifunctional team to a higher performance Qualifications Your Core Competencies & Experiences Values Based leadership. Around 5 years experience in marketing, customer marketing roles with proven track record. Masters degree or equivalent You need to comfortable to talk to our key customers in Dutch & French.
