Business Analyst Dynamics CRM / 365 CE

As part of a freelance assignment for an end client based in Ghent, we are looking for a Dynamics CRM / 365 CE Business Analyst.

Integrate into a team of experts, you intervene on the solution in order to optimize the system and support users.


Your tasks will be:

  • Understand the needs and define the solution.
  • Understanding Business Expectations.
  • Understand and analyze business issues to optimize the solution.
  • Write agendas and minutes of workshops and meetings.
  • Write detailed functional specifications.
  • Set up internal test plans and participate in testing.
  • Distinguish anomalies and evolutions, obtain the validation of the customer for the management of evolutions.
  • Provide CRM training for end users.



Your profile:

  • 4 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 CE,
  • Experience on the Customer Service module.
  • Some technical skills is a plus.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills,
  • Sense of Communication and Writing,
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently
  • Versatility, rigor and involvement.
