Robert Half is currently recruiting a Business Analyst for an international group active in the pharmaceutical sector.
The company is an innovative multinational located in the area of Beerse.
The main accountabilities for this job include:
- In order to manage/support projects efficiently, you will first get the opportunity to learn the payment processes:
- Domestic and Cross-border commercial supplier payments
- Settlement of the employees’ Travel & Expenses
- Inter company netting settlements
- You will act as core business lead or as team member to implement payment related projects with a specific eye on managing risk.
- Defining a project plan and/or following up on the implementation thereof
- Analyzing, gathering and documenting in-depth requirements in alignment and collaboration with all stakeholders involved, including the IT team
- Organizing, coordinating and/or executing user acceptance testing
- Making sure training material is available and end users are accurately trained
- You will build a good internal relationship with our other treasury departments like Foreign Exchange, Cash Management and Treasury accounting.
- You will strongly liase with the business partners in Global Procurement, Global Finance and Shared Services organizations located in US, Czech Republic, Philippines and China. You will keep them up to date by regularly setting up meetings to align on processes/projects and to discuss potential issues/risks.
You will also build relationships with financial institutions worldwide and get the opportunity to benchmark with other corporates.
The requestedqualifications for this job include:
- You have an understanding of business change needs, can assess the impact and document the requirements to facilitate those changes , becoming the key change facilitator in relation with IT and the other business stakeholders.
- You are eager to learn, highly driven, resilient to stress resistant and adaptable.
- You can work independently and set priorities
- You have a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics (Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, …) or equivalent with a strong interest in technology.
- You bring an analytical mind to compile the requirements and processes linked to the changes with a clear eye for managing risks
- You can express yourself fluently in English
- If you bring an understanding of SAP S4 Hana, Project management methodologies or agile approaches like: Prince2, PMI, Scrum, this is a plus
