The Client, in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high-quality corporate solutions/information systems for the Policy Units, but also to the Member States, enabling the successful implementation of the Commission’s Digital Transformation and EU policies. In close collaboration with other Commission services and its customers, the Client builds and operates solutions in the following areas:
  • Management and implementation of directives and policies
  • Support of and interface to enterprises and SMEs
  • Financial management, reporting and monitoring of financial transactions
  • Contractual management
  • Control of business processes and workflows
  • Database management
  • Document and content management
  • Communication
  • Human resources
  • Interface and data exchange with Commission’s applications and Information Systems
Amongst the solutions provided, the Streamline Programme aims at rationalizing the current portfolio by identifying reusable solutions/components that can reduce the effort of maintenance of the IT landscape. In this context, the Client is looking for a Business Analyst who can support the implementation of the Streamline Programme. The solution assignment may change over time, according to the portfolio/project/service needs.Description Of The TasksThe following tasks will be performed:
  • Analysis of Business requirements
  • Documentation of Business requirements
  • Business model analysis
  • Business process analysis
  • Business processes modelling
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis
  • Risk analysis
  • Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans
LEVEL OF EDUCATIONThe minimum educational qualification is the level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to abachelor’s degree of 3 years.
