工作内容

In this role you:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Manage user access, security and permissions in Salesforce
  • Developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
  • Providing training and support to Salesforce users across the organisation
  • Creating training material
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and other Salesforce functionalities as required.
  • Maintain data quality and security through data cleansing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, user access, and integration with third-party applications.

Staying up-to-date on new Salesforce features and best practices

Maintain and update the current Field Service Lightning configuration

Skills

  • Master degree
  • Strong background in Salesforce administration or any other CRM
  • Strong knowledge of exel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in Field Service Lightning
  • Experience in data management within Salesforce or any other CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work indenpendently
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Experience as a Salesforce administrator is a big plus.
  • You can work fulltime on site at our office in Zele (Belgium)
