We count on you to handle all aspects of the digitalization. Analyzing, writing specifications, coordinating, implementing and follow up of the projects assigned to you.

In Power Technique Service Division , digitalization is one of the focus areas to improve the way of working. The team Digitalization & Business solutions masters wide variety of systems like myQuest (knowledge database), BI-tools(Dashboarding), MOL (Digital Twin), WOL(warranty handling), Powerconnect (machine operator portal), Data Lake…

Your mission

Your mission will be to develop, improve and maintain the digital processes to contribute to the efficiency of the organization using following action areas:

• Continuous improvement of the current processes/systems in our portfolio with all stake holders, Division, Product Companies and Service organizations
• Process assessments on site of current system to look for opportunities to improve the way of working.
• Coordinate new developments by writing specifications: user interface, implementation, process… and follow up with internal/external development teams.
• Master & Big data management Interface your application with the data lake push and retrieve data
• Roll out by training the organization and maintain the competence database.
• Follow up by generating KPI and dashboard, to be used in the organization, to visualize adoption.
• You will be point of contact within the organization.
• You autonomously drive your projects yet equally understand when to escalate.

What we expect from you:
Hard skills

A background in technical support or service operations/processes is a plus.
Experience with functional/technical analysis of software, and user interface, capable of writing clear specifications.
A good knowledge of English is a must.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Reporting tools.
The ideal candidate has a university degree in applied or commercial Engineering, business administration or information technology (IT)

You combine good communication skills with an analytical out-of-the-box mindset.
You are result oriented and quality focused, both in terms of deliveries and processes.
You work in an international environment and you will be communicating with our customer centers and product companies. Travel can be required.
You will report to the Digitalization and Business Solutions manager.
