A company active in the information, technology and services sector is currently seeking to recruit a Business Controller in the Walloon Brabant. As the new Business Controller you will focus on the Business Controlling for all the Products Units within the Group.

Some of your main tasks in the position of the Business Controller will include:


  • You will build and analyse investment cases
  • You will be in charge of the preparation and analysis of monthly accounts
  • You will assemble weekly net debt reports and monitor cash flow development in cooperation with the A/R manager
  • You will prepare the annual budgets and ensure the budget respect the 5-year business plan of the company
  • You will ensure that procedures are followed and control their efficiency
  • You will be the IFRS expert of the accounting team and provide insight on how to deal with complicated technical entries

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • Holds a Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Has 3 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in an Audit environment
  • Has a professional experience within a multi-cultural and medium to large company
  • Has in-depth IFRS knowledge
  • Is IT-minded
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
