Seize the opportunity to become a Business Developer and play a pivotal role in expanding The Master Channel, the leading e-learning platform for analysis and digital transformation skills, as well as The Master Labs Academy, our own academy that has already trained over 5000 professionals in business and IT-related skills. ????????

Your job as Business Developer????

• Building connections and generatingleads effortlessly. You will contact prospects and convince them of our learning solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with (potential) clients and partners.
• Guiding our customers through our course offerings and collaborating with them to create customized learning tracks to ensure their success.
• Providing accurate answers to sales-related customer inquiries and effectively addressing their concerns.
• Analyzing our sales processes and proactively pursuing new opportunities.
• Defining the sales strategy for The Master Channel and The Master Labs Academy.

You will join our team at The Master Labs (35 nice colleagues included!), where you will work primarily on our learning business, namely The Master Channel and The Master Labs Academy.

At The Master Channel and The Master Labs Academy, our mission is to empower others to build better products, services, and companies through e-learning and live classes. We offer both online and on-site live classes, providing flexibility and convenience for our customers. We strive to ensure that analysts and architects have all the resources they need to stay up to date—lifelong learning for analysts and architects.

• You are a natural people-person who enjoys communicating and working with others.

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable exploring new business ventures and seizing opportunities.

• You have a results-oriented mindset and a strong desire to achieve goals.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• You have experience in or an interest in IT & digital transformation and/or related topics.
• Fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential.
• Previous experience within an IT/SaaS environment is a plus.
• More than three years’ experience in sales is an advantage.
