Business developer – Function

As a Recruitment consultant – Business Developer, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio from A to Z:

  • Managing candidacies and new partnerships
  • Identify their HR needs
  • Manage the process from the initial interview to the final offer
  • Meetings and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates
  • Search for new collaborations and business opportunities
  • Client meeting
  • Negotiate commercial conditions and prices
  • Expanding your professional network

Business developer – Profile

  • You have a bachelor, a master is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English, French or Dutch
  • A first professional experience as a salesperson or in recruitment is an asset.
  • You have easy contact, a good attitude and are communicative
  • You are pragmatic, dynamic, available and ready to go extra miles
