We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team in our Belgian office.

If you take the challenge, you’ll be responsibile for:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Supporting strategic account penetration through targeted outbound activities (proactive outbound cold calls, social selling and e-mails) for enterprise prospects and customers in dedicated verticals
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Researching new accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Executing enterprise go-to-market strategy in order to support the sales team
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Performing effective online demos to prospective accounts
  • Close teamworking with the sales and marketing department to build a pipeline and close deals


Requirements:

  • Previous experience (1+ years) in the software sales industry or in B-to-B/products requiring explanation
  • Hunting mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent job experience
  • Fluent in both French and Dutch
  • Fluency in English mandatory
