  • Maintains and optimizes the relationship with clients
  • Being responsible for an optimal service delivery including: strategic media recommendation on online & offline touchpoints, tactical media plans to clients
  • Working closely together with the Business Leader on profitability of his/her clients
  • Develop agency point of views on media opportunities
  • Act as a SPOC with the client and coordinate internally on the execution of media plans, brief the experts on & offline, evaluate the received input and translate it into a commercial and acceptable form for clients.
  • Monitoring closely the time spent of all involved team members on the account and optimising processes in order to reduce inefficiencies

As a Business Manager, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and/or Business Leader and work closely together with the (junior) account executives.

Do you…
  • Have at 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Have experience in Agency environments
  • Show leadership through communication & transparent feedback
  • Disseminate norms and values of the organisation;
  • Have excellent written communication skills, both in Dutch and in English
  • Have people management experience
