In that case, you may be the Business Model Manager we need to enforce our Access Management Team.

Your future job

As a Business Model Manager, you join the enthusiastic and multidisciplinary Access Management Service Cluster. Together, you manage the accesses that users of BNPParibas Fortis can have to information resources on an enterprise level.

The mission is translated into the following main tasks:

• You develop and maintain an adequate access management solution comprised of
  • Framework, Architecture, Methods, Tooling, Organization and Processes
  • A structural approach for roll-out, delivery and continuous improvement
• You provide access management services by
  • Managing and maintaining the access management solution and keeping it aligned with evolving user needs
  • Performing the day-to-day activities necessary for managing the accesses of users
• You measure the effectiveness & efficiency of the access management services:
  • Define Key Performance Indicators, control activities & objectives and implement the control activities defined.
  • Monitor by analyzing and detecting trends & deviations and identify opportunities for further improvement of the access management services

You have (at least) 5 years’ experience in an IS environment preferably Identity & Access Management.

You have a great knowledge of English. Dutch/French knowledge is a plus.

You know your way around:

• Security embedding in the DevOps pipeline.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
• Clean code principles and apply them effectively.
• Test driven development.
• Scripting and incident handling.
