A company active in the FMCG sector is currently looking to hire a Business Partner CRM to join their offices in Brussels. As the new Business Partner CRM, you will act as a trusted advisor and lead collaboration between different stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Partner CRM will include:

  • Oversee the implementation of new project; lead the collaboration between the Business and the IT department in order to execute all stages of the project from concept and requirement to final hand-off to business end-users
  • Ensure the proper integration of salesforce into the overall IT architecture
  • Support the second line Salesforce, being able to understand how Salesforce works and quickly fix easy-to-solve requests
  • Able to promote Salesforce solutions to the business
  • Lead the Change Advisory Board

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
  • You have a Salesforce Admin Certification or you are willing to get certified
  • You are fluent in English, French and Dutch

Your strengths:

  • You know how to manage projects
  • You know how to get the entire organization on board in order to implement change
  • You have excellent communication skills
