Business Process Analyst – Dynamics 365 F&O – Freelance

A leading organisation based in Beerse is seeking a Freelance Business Process Analyst to support the integration of two companies into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

The consultant will act as a key link between business operations and system implementation—mapping and optimising finance-related processes, supporting users, and ensuring alignment across both organisations.

The role will include working closely with finance stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to ensure successful rollout, process continuity, and user adoption of the integrated F&O platform.

Responsibilities

  • Map, analyse, and improve finance processes in Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Act as a functional expert on F&O, particularly in financial modules (AP, AR, GL, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into process flows and functional documentation
  • Support the integration of two companies onto a single F&O instance
  • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
  • Assist end users with training, onboarding, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with IT and implementation partners to ensure smooth rollout
  • Ensure operational alignment and process integrity across business units

Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business/Process Analyst, ideally in ERP implementations
  • Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially financial modules
  • Finance background or solid understanding of financial processes
  • Dutch speaking

Additional Details

SENIORITY: Medior to Senior

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 6 months (extension probable, 18 month assignment)

CONTRACT: Freelance

LOCATION: Beerse (main office)

ONSITE: Minimum 3 days/week onsite

LANGUAGES: Dutch + English
