Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Process Analyst, as part of the Business Process Organization, will develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives within Cargill CSST EMEA (Cargill Starches, Sweeteners and Texturizers). We seek a professional who will drive and monitor process governance and conduct continuous improvement activities with medium project cost and risk and activities with defined processes for multiple locations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Directly provide updates on the process objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to partners and management.
  • Monitor and implement business process success indicators to drive value and process consistency, collaborating with subject matter experts and leadership across the organization.
  • Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business needs.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills; capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross process upstream and downstream impacts.
  • To be accountable and able to hold others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Business acumen and the ability to partner and communicate effectively with business counterparts
  • Ability to collaborate, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience, and functional spectrums
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to change
