Working at TVH is choosing for a company that excels as an international market leader in the distribution of replacement parts for industrial vehicles.
As a Business Project Coordinator, you will work on business projects and you will be responsible for their outcome. These are strategic projects within the EMEA department, and other departments will regularly be involved as well (e.g. Materials, Logistics, Finance ...). It concerns projects related to the optimisation of our existing sales processes to provide better service to our customers. It also involves projects to assist our internal and external support to the entire EMEA department, in terms of tools, communication and documentation.
As Business Project Coordinator you are responsible for the organisation and follow-up of project and change management of the assigned project. You work with colleagues in a temporary project team.
Your responsibilities:
- You collaborate with all stakeholders to identify and manage the needs.
- You put together your project team with the appropriate profiles (internal and/or external) and manage them during the entire project. As a team, you define the scope and milestones of the project and you follow this up closely.
- You document all aspects of the project.
- You use the knowledge and experience in your project team to obtain the desired results for the project.
- You achieve your project objectives within the set timing, scope and budget, taking into account the expectations of the various stakeholders.
- You work out a change management plan, so that all possible forms of change are dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Profile
You meet the following profile characteristics:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project and change management. You have strong analytical insight.
- You have excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), experience with project tools like JIRA is a plus. You have great planning skills.
- You’re a fluent communicator and are strong in stakeholder management. You can make people enthusiastic, you are persistent and resistant to stress.
- You feel at home in an environment where teamwork is central.
- You have a strong knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a bonus.
