What you’ll do

As an Campus recruiter, you will :
  • Focus recruitment on graduate profiles
  • Be responsible for recruitment A-Z : sourcing, interviewing, selection, prepping offers,.. very good in stakeholder management
  • Manage, follow up and coordinate the different ongoing and planned selection and recruitment needs
  • Formulate advice regarding the most appropriate recruitment and selection process.
  • Search and select the candidates based on their skills, expertise, potential and motivation and formulate a well-founded recommendation to the line management and/or hiring manager;
  • Communicate in a timely manner with each internal or external candidate; correct and timely feedback is highly valued.
  • Take care of the associated administration.
