Job Description:

As Customer Activation Manager you drive category growth. You make analysis, translate these to opportunities, and

create brilliant growth plan with strong implementation at customers. Excellent execution is key!

It is your job to grow the Confectionery category at our customers relevant in your portfolio. Next to that, you work in

a cross discipline team focused on portfolio segments. You advice sales & marketing on the most effective distribution

& promotional / POS strategies with the key ambition to drive value and profit on triple win level.

What are we looking for?
  • Master degree, MBA of similar level.
  • You are responsible, flexible and you are able to see things in a bigger context and perspective.
  • Your passionate about customers and categories, and you are able to motivate and engage others in this passion.
  • Minimal 2y experience in category management and/ or (customer) marketing in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English + French or Dutch language on business level
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Create and execute category and customer growth plans in line with our growth strategy in Mars.
  • Creating new and build existing customer collaboration. Drive joint growth plans with 3y outlook.
  • Develop together with MKT/ SLS/ SRM, segment strategies.
  • The linking pin between Sales and Marketing on (customer) guidelines, activities, strategy, promotion & pricing and distribution.
