Service Desk IT Support

Description:

Providing technical IT support to our customers on their IT infrastructure and software. This includes the local network infrastructure, local servers, workstations and peripherals together with a variety of software packages. Our team provides first and second line remote support to end users.

The current technical team consists of +/- 8 persons.

Main tasks :

- Support for Windows10

- Support for Office software (O365)

- Troubleshooting of hardware incidents.

- Support for telecom and network incidents.

- Support incidents related to in-house applications

- Handling & follow up of IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or our ticketingtool (OmniTracker). Escalating to other teams and partners if needed.

- Creating, reviewing and keeping documentation up to date, creating (draft) communications towards our customers.

Function requirements:

- A first experience in a similar position. Good technical background & analytical skills are required.

- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 365).

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French is required. Good knowledge of English is a plus.

- The ability to find the cause of problems in a complex environment and quickly offer effective solutions or workarounds while escalating the issue with a clear description/analysis to the other teams/partners.

- Basic knowledge & experience with Unix is a plus.
