Responsibilities

As a Client Expert Advisor, you are the face, or more precisely, the voice of ALD Automotive. You are largely responsible for customer satisfaction. Your communication skills and manner are as important as the content of your communication.

You are born to communicate and helping others makes you feel good, these are indispensable qualities. We can’t teach you this, it is your nature.

If it is in you, we will introduce you to our way of working and the different tools and systems. And of course, the values and mission of ALD Automotive. Because that’s what you pass on in your many contacts with our customers.


  • You have many contacts with our customers. We are everywhere and therefore have many different types of customers, from private individuals to large companies and the self-employed. Knowing how to adapt to these different contacts determines the quality of your contacts.
  • You provide information. As complete as possible. We do not work with written scripts that you have to read. Your analytical skills in assessing what is needed and your knowledge of the job determine the extent to which you actually help our clients.
  • Of course, you communicate all this information clearly and explain where necessary. And several times if required. You are patient and empathetic, so customers will not soon forget you.
  • Efficiency and team spirit. You know that it is essential to document certain cases. This makes the information available to your colleagues and we don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You help them, they help you. You are efficient together and the customers are satisfied.

Must Have Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree - willing to learn and strong thinking skills.
  • A first relevant professional experience.
  • Listening, analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, patience.
  • A focus on solutions and results.
  • Computer skills and the ability to consult different tools and databases quickly.
  • The ability to adapt to different types of interlocutors.
  • Excellent French and Dutch language skills (also in writing).
