This position can be located in Wayne, PA; Chesterbrook, PA; Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; or Beerse, Belgium. Remote work options within North America and Europe may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.

This position provides expertise in user account and access management for Clinical Trial Systems, in order to deliver support to Global Development as managed by the Enabling Business Information Solutions (EBIS) organization. The Lead is a member of the Shared Solutions team, working with EBIS and other functions across Global Development, supporting solutions, projects and tasks related to user account management and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in key critical projects related to centralization of internal and external user account management.
  • Supports CAMP Project as a team member helping to deliver the Business Process workstream deliverables.
  • Lead operational support for Single Sign-On including running governance and sponsor meetings, establishing roadmaps and requirements for onboarding, and bringing issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Actively monitor internal threat related accounts to ensure security protocols are being followed as defined.
  • Manage User Account related vendors (C3i, Stefanini, Legend, etc) to ensure issues are resolved per the SLA.
  • Provide general business support for User Account related systems (Mascot, Legend, Rave, etc).
  • Develop and maintain Job Aides for Shared Solutions Support team to ensure continuous, comprehensive support is provided to our business.
  • Strategize with the AD of Clinical Trial User Account Management on development and execution of the streamlining and simplification of user access management to clinical trial systems.
  • Assist with new and ongoing initiatives within the user management space to meet business needs.
  • Liaison with the business to understand user requirements, challenges, and expectations.
  • Establishing and leading discussions across cross-functional global teams.
  • Establish and document a governance model with monitoring and access controls.
  • Onboarding and facilitating appropriate application access.
  • Assist with clarifying business requirement related questions and development.
  • Business oversight / review of monitoring reports and provide ways to address issues with subset of clinical trial users.
Education

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, BA/BS is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
  • 6 years or more of experience within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or other relevant industry is required.
  • 5 years or more of experience in Program and Project Management is required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office suite is required.
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills is required
  • Experience working in a global organization and environment is required.
  • Strong communicator and strong presentation skills, both written and verbal is required.
  • Strong business partnering and relationship skills is required.
  • Ability to speak, write and read in English without much difficulty is required.
  • Able to operate with a minimum level of supervision, be proactive and forward thinking is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and systems is required.
  • Certification in project management/continuous improvement (Project Management (PM), Flawless Project Execution (FPX), GreenBelt) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user access and account management on Clinical Trial Systems is preferred.
  • Experience working in an R&D environment is preferred.
  • This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $101,500 to $142,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
