The position is foreseen with a local, permanent employment contract in Belgium. The site is located in the city of Leuven and a relocation support will be provided.
  • Development and implementation a sales strategy, policies and procedures (objectives, resources, budget, quality);
  • Oversight of results while ensuring the achievement of margin and sales objectives in terms of market penetration and sales levels;
  • Validation of new customer prospecting plans. Definition of commercial terms and specific attention to Key Accounts, ensuring that all commitments are met;
  • Ensuring a first class service and satisfaction in all interactions throughout the customer life cycle, continuously seeking for improvement and differentiation of Virbac’s image in the market;
  • Ensuring that your team stands for the highest level of performance in the market in terms of service, product knowledge, understanding of customer requirements, always seeking for new solutions and opportunities;
  • Professional development of your team, analyzing training needs, coaching and motivating for best performance.
