PepsiCo North West Europe’s Business Unit is responsible for Benelux & Nordics countries with HQ’s in Zaventem (Belgium), Utrecht (The Netherlands) and Copenhagen (Denmark). WHAT TO EXPECT AS A GRADUATE?

The Commercial Graduate Program is a two-year rotational program, starting from September 2023. You will rotate 4 times between our Commercial Functions (Field Sales, Marketing, Category Management, etc.) building a broad business understanding during this exciting development program. Your role will be within a team based in either Zaventem (Belgium) or Utrecht (The Netherlands), creating and supporting commercial developments for PepsiCo NWE. What’s unique about our Commercial program? The fact that together with you, we will look at your own field of interest to make sure we develop you as a professional for your next steps in our organization. On top of our Commercial Graduate Program, you will also be part of our Graduate Development Program. A 1 year on top program gathering ambitious colleagues across PepsiCo NWE to cross-functionally work together on a project sponsored by our Leadership Team. Sounds interesting?
