Tasks

  • Provide technical expertise and service regarding implementation, start-up and testing of technical installations applied in biotech production processes
  • Planning, execution & coordination of commissioning test activities:
  • General: setup test plans/protocols, system turnover to system owner, P&ID walkdown, …
  • Electrical: I/O check, loop check, deltaV device operation check
  • Mechanical: flushing/air blowing/steaming piping, prepare piping for passivation
    • Documentation of the commissioning test plans, results and improvement items
    • Resolving commissioning issues
    • Respecting procedures, timing, security, GMP, room classification, project constraints while executing the commissioning activities

    • Relevant commissioning experience, mainly E&I based
