Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the internal and external communications of the company.
• You will be the tactical and strategic force behind the internal and external communication, brand development, marketing communication, events, public relations of the company.
• You will draw up the communication plan with the foreseen budget and this in consultation, in order to realize a strong communication strategy of the organization.
• As responsible for the communication activities, you collaborate with the different departments; as well as with HR on Employer Branding.
• You design and lead internal campaigns, in support of strategic initiatives.
• You are responsible for communicating a coherent image of the organization in line with the strategy and the target group you want to address in order to give the organization a high and positive reputation towards the outside world.
• You maintain contacts with internal and external persons in order to identify trends that could have an impact on the organization.
• You build and maintain a professional and good relationship with the national and local press in order to guard the image of the organization through correct reporting.
• Design and maintenance of INTRANET and SABCA/Sabena/Blueberry Website
• You manage the communications team

Your Profile

• You are in possession of a Bachelor or Master degree preferably in marketing/communication.
• You have experience in a similar job.
• You are fluent in three languages: Dutch, French and English.
• You have experience with offline and online communication both internally and externally.
• You have excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
• Affinity with technical products is a big plus. A passion for communication of a technical product is necessary.
• You are organizationally strong, dynamic and have a helicopter view.
• You work independently and proactively.
• You have the drive to take on a broad role with both strategic tasks and more operational tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent contract

Salary: €4,000.00 - €6,000.00 per month
