Job Purpose and Impact

The Change, Communication and Education Coordinator will support the SAP implementation within the designated business and region; and execute on a variety of activities such as managing logistics of project meetings and town halls, writing and lay-outing of the project’s newsletter; maintaining and updating of digital platforms and supporting the creation of training materials. You will work closely with the project team, key users in the various locations across the designated region and third-party agencies when relevant.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create communication and training materials based on clear and routine assignments.
  • Use existing procedures to produce consistent and on-brand communications and training materials.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms.
  • Support the logistics of project meetings and town halls.
  • Support SAP implementation.
  • Interact with immediate change, communication and education team and within a large project group.
  • Support the writing and lay-outing of the project’s newsletter.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are ready to consider fresh graduates with high school diploma with no or minimum work experience.
  • Conceptual knowledge of fundamental communications and education theories, principles and practices.
