About Our Client

Our client is a very innovative start-up that wants to make flexible working easier for the employees of all companies, by proposing co working spaces in their regio.

They are now looking for a Community Developer that will make sure that the employees have enough information regarding the flexible ways of working.

Job Description

What can you expect as Community Developer:

  • First of all you will get a feral formations on the service you will represent and the way of working
  • You will then be in contact with different clients and accompany their employees in a more flexible way of working
  • You will think of new ways to activate the client portfolio he will handle
  • You will be responsible to recruit new co working spaces all over Belgium
  • You will think also on a strategical level about the brand awareness and how you can make it grow
  • You will be responsible to coordinate different projects and the activities of you team

The Successful Applicant

  • You speak French and Dutch
  • You have minimum a bachelor
  • You have 3 years of experience
  • You are interested in HR matters
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to get into action
  • You are a great team-player
