About Our ClientOur customer is active in the Retail sector.Job DescriptionAs Compensation & Benefits Officer, you will be responsible for the following:



  • You are the go to person for employees when it comes to comp&ben related questions
  • You follow the latest trends on the market and seek for an innovative compensation & benefits policy in line with local regulations and the group strategy
  • You follow and communicate on social legislation changes and share information with your HR colleagues
  • You collect and maintain personnel information up to date and work on HR metrics (payroll, headcount...)
  • You are in charge of Fleet management from A to Z (administration, order, follow up, claims costs...)
  • You are responsible for the smooth organization of social elections every 4 years
  • You benchmark external providers and set up tender processes when required
  • You participate to varied international HR projects and support your HR colleagues when needed
The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills:



  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
  • You can demonstrate more than 3 years of experience in a payroll or comp&ben position
  • You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation and have interest in broadening that knowledge to other countries
  • You can communicate in Dutch, French and English (written and oral)
  • You enjoy being part of a team and have a hands-on mindset combined to a proactive attitude
  • You have interest working in an international and fast-paced environment
  • You can take initiatives when required and you are willing to develop your HR knowledge in a broad spectrum
