Our Business Units Petrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Warehousing & Commodities and Food & Feed offer total solutions based on integrated logistics and engineering. To support these fast growing businesses, Katoen Natie is looking for a Competence Lead Testing.
Job Description
  • Evaluating and understanding our current state of testing and driving change to increase test automation and improve our overall testing practices.
  • Provide best practices, and standards to provide consistent testing across products.
  • Aiding with defining test and evaluation strategy and developing & implementing test processes and best practices.
  • Coaching and mentoring of team members on testing
  • Spokesperson, evangelist, and single-point-of-contact for all topics related to software QA, for the broader company.
  • Developing test plans & test procedures to meet testing needs
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to define requirements and specification for testing.

Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree, or similar by experience
  • Testing: Integration testing // Acceptance testing // UI testing // Performance testing // Load testing
  • Powershell
  • Selenium (C#)
  • Genymotion
  • Azure Devops
  • Apim
  • Appcenter
  • Basic knowledge of security concepts like OAuth2 and OpenID
  • Area’s: Mobile // Web frontends and APIs (React/.NET) // BC // Oracle (plus)
  • Solid understanding of best practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD and the test pyramid
  • Experience in software implementation
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Hands on, very good communication and relations skills
  • Flexible, involved, organized, self-motivated
